Heather Carnes Joins Female Founders in Hospitality

Carnes Agency founder Heather Carnes joined Female Founders in Hospitality (FFiH), becoming part of a global community of women building companies across the travel and hospitality industry.

Founded in 2022, Female Founders in Hospitality is focused on raising the visibility of women entrepreneurs in travel and hospitality and helping accelerate their success through peer connection, resources, speaking opportunities, and collaboration. The organization has grown into a community of more than 200 entrepreneurs spanning areas including hospitality real estate, technology, branding, and operations.

Carnes’ participation reflects the continued evolution of her own role in hospitality—from longtime industry executive to founder and entrepreneur building Carnes Agency.

Through Female Founders in Hospitality, members have opportunities to:
