Carnes Agency Launchpad Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The Carnes Agency Launchpad Giveaway is a promotional initiative to support early-stage or rebranding hospitality businesses by awarding one selected participant with a comprehensive branding package. By applying, participants agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility
Age Requirement: Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
Residency: Open to residents of the United States only.
Industry Requirement: Open to individuals or businesses operating within or entering the hospitality industry.
Business Stage: Eligible businesses should be either:
Pre-launch
Launched within the last 12 months
Actively seeking a rebrand and can demonstrate a clear need for branding assistance
How to Enter
Application Form: Participants must complete the official Carnes Agency Launchpad Giveaway application form in full and provide detailed, accurate information.
Deadline: All applications must be submitted by the published deadline: Monday, August 4, 10 p.m. EDT. Late or incomplete entries will not be considered.
Limit: One application per business or individual is permitted.
Prize Details
Prize Offering: One selected winner will receive a complete branding package from Carnes Agency, which includes:
1-hour brand strategy workshop
Messaging foundation (mission, values, voice, value proposition)
Visual identity design (logo, color palette, typography)
A mini brand style guide
Company overview deck & template
Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
Selection Process: Applications will be reviewed by a panel from Carnes Agency based on criteria including: vision alignment, clarity of need, impact potential, and story fit. The winner will be selected at the sole discretion of Carnes Agency.
Notification: The selected winner will be notified via email or phone within 5 days of the application deadline. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate may be chosen.
Winner Obligations
Engagement: The winner must agree to participate in a collaborative, timely branding process with Carnes Agency within the designated project timeline.
Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Carnes Agency the right to share their name, business, and select branding work (before/after examples, case study highlights, etc.) in marketing materials, social media, and press coverage related to the giveaway.
Use of Work: All deliverables are the intellectual property of Carnes Agency until full handoff and may be used in the agency’s portfolio and promotional efforts with appropriate credit.
General Conditions
Right to Modify: Carnes Agency reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability: Carnes Agency is not responsible for technical failures, application errors, or loss of data during the submission process.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, where Carnes Agency is headquartered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Georgia state or federal courts.

By submitting an application, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
